Refund policy

The $60 down payment is non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the down payment. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.
